I’ve always been the kind of person who holds onto hope, Maybe it’s foolish to some, but I believe that love doesn’t always happen on a set timeline. It doesn’t follow a specific schedule or aline neatly into the plans we’ve made for ourselves. Love takes its time, and I’m okay with that.
There’s something about you that makes every love song sounds like it was written for us. Every letter I write feels like a quiet confession of what I hope we’ll someday be. And even if we aren’t there yet, I’m willing to wait — because I believe you’re worth every second.
I will keep dedicating love songs to you, even if you can’t hear them yet.
Every song that makes me think of you — of us — reminds me that love is patient. It’s waiting for the right moment, for when the stars align, and we’re ready. it’s still uncertain, but until then, I’ll continue to send those silent dedications out into the world, knowing that one day, you’ll hear them too.
And of course these letters. Oh, how I’ve filled page after page with words meant just for you. They’re not so perfect like how other writers do their masterpieces. Sometimes, they’re just thoughts about the day, things that I wish I could share with you. Each one is a piece of me, waiting for the day I can finally give them to you.
